Pastor Chris Oyakhilome backtracks on his claim that the introduction of 5G networks was responsible for the coronavirus pandemic and that it underscores a New World Order.
The charismatic founder of Christ Embassy had argued that the coronavirus pandemic was created to instil fear among people in actualising the alleged agenda and that the 5G technology was an initiative of “the Anti-Christ”.
The comments generated heated debate among Nigerians, with Senior Pastor of Kingsway International Christian Centre (KICC), Matthew Ashimolowo, criticising pastors, who he did not name, for presenting false information with respect to the pandemic.
Many Nigerians theorised Pastor Ashimolowo was rebuking Pastor Oyakhilome and Apostle Johnson Suleman of Omega Fire Ministries International, among other ‘5g-anti-Christ-new-world-order’ proponents.
According to Nigeria’s Punch newspaper, Pastor Chris (like a dog eating his own vomit) now stated that he was only opposed to the initiative because of its perceived health risks and the seeming silence of authorised regulators to address its advantages and disadvantages. He made these new statements in a video shared on social media on Sunday.
He said, “I have to look at my calling as a priority and I’m into the healing ministry. You may be a pastor or a minister and not be into the healing ministry, this may not concern you. I’m a science and technology enthusiast. I love technology.”
He said studying the capabilities of the 5G makes him want to “go on it like tomorrow morning. I’d like to start it right away.”
He further disclosed he’s into healing and knows what it means for people to be sick, as he meets with sick people all the time. “And so, no matter how interested I am in the 5G, I’m going to put health first.”
Rhetorically he asked: “Are there health risks? What are the health implications?” He indicated those are his concerns “and I became even more concerned when I found out that regulators didn’t seem to care much in looking into the details and the cause of the independent scientist and experts, medical doctors.”
One of Nigeria’s most fashionable pastors also said he would love to go on the 5G network within hours if they rolled it out, minding that all its health risks are understood and the challenges fixed.
Many see this as a somewhat radical departure from his earlier stance about the grave hazards of 5G and ‘demonic’ anti-Christ grand plans.
Public pulse showed the suave man of God has lost respect in some quarters – among those who believe he stirred up avoidable yet unfounded sensational theories.
Many others also thank him for his bold stand as a voice of the Kingdom of God in this critical time.
Apostle Johnson Suleman of the Omega Fire Ministries International also received a dose of mixed reactions from Nigerians.
Daddy Freeze & Pastor Mathew Ashimolowo Blasts Pastor Chris For Claiming Govt is Installing 5G Secretly
Initially, the prophetic Apostle had revealed what God told him on the matter thus: “…the nation in question (China – though he didn’t mention the name) has sinned greatly against the Lord. They want to make their own moon shine higher than the natural moon. The power tussle is between a particular nation (U.S – though he didn’t mention).”
“They want to bring that nation under their feet.” Apostle Suleman ‘prophetically said Covid-19 is a Chinese experiment and that they are rejoicing they have shaken the world.
In the video made available on Youtube, Papa, as he is fondly called, revealed further that a worse catastrophe will come from China by 2020.
“The world leaders are coming together to have a synergy that will make all religion have a common ground and the Pope is part of it. America is the target but the President (Donald Trump) is their obstacle”, he added.
He warned Americans not to trivialise their next election as the opposition will enjoy popular support. “The opposition is not the issue but the running mate is. The running mate is a lady and if the opponent wins, the opponent (winner) will be impeached for the lady to take over to fulfil the New World Order”.
Some people see this a calculated guess and less of a prophecy whilst many others bank on the impeccability of the Apostle’s prophetic utterances.
