A Young Female Nigerian Obtains Presidential Scholarship In US

Amidst the chaos the coronavirus pandemic has put the world into, a 16-year-old Nigerian, Miss Oyebola Ajayi-Bembe, has obtained a presidential scholarship into 20 remarkable universities in the US.

The announcement came recently during high school graduation in New Jersey.
Oyebola, who took the second position after a Chinese was the only female in the selected division ahead of five(5) males.

She has been offered admission on a scholarship basis into Teacher’s College of New Jersey, New Jersey City University, Montclair State University, New Jersey Institute of Technology and Norwich University, Bloomfield College, St. Benedict College, Norwich University, and 13 other universities in the US.

Ajayi-Bembe, she said she would continue to exhibit the pursuit of excellence even in the university.

Miss Oyebola recounts and attributes her outstanding reports as products of dedication, diligence, and focus.

The country is proud of the rare accomplishment in times like this and hopes this encourages parents and students alike to bear in mind that, there is a genius in every family.
