Elizabeth Owusua has defied all odds to fulfil her childhood dreams of becoming a nurse, lawyer, and a fashion designer even when she had no idea about how it was going to happen.
Years on, this young lady, has made her homeland and her family proud as she now works as a lawyer during the day and nurse at night leaving her fashion designer dream on the side for the meantime.
The Ghana-born genius disclosed that “As a child, I always wanted to be a nurse, lawyer, and fashion designer all at the same time with no idea how they were going to happen because of my background”.
Elizabeth Owusua’s post which has been making the rounds on the Ghana social media became popular when blogger, Abena Manokekame shared it on her page. As the beauty with the brain narrated her story which she attributes to God’s faithfulness.
Elizabeth attended senior high school at Mfantsiman girls which helped shaped her entire being.
From Mfantsiman girls, she went on to the Nursing and Midwifery Training College at Korle Bu where she graduated with a Diploma in Nursing in 2008 and started working as a nurse in 2010 after serving her fatherland.
Hungry for more success, she persisted in Central University College, where she did top-up for a Bsc Degree in Nursing alongside work and graduated in 2013.
In 2014, Elizabeth applied to GIMPA law faculty for an LLB and she got admitted which she maneuvered with work which was mostly night shifts.
She gained admission to the Law school in 2017 after graduating from GIMPA.
Though it was hectic, she was called to the Ghana Bar in October 2019.
