Football fans across Nigeria are now happy that three Super Eagles players – Victor Osimhen, Paul Onuachu and Imoh Ezekiel have been set free at Lagos isolation center after spending 14 days as authorities in Nigeria say people entering the country tmust isolate themselves for 14 days before they can go to their various destinations.
Earlier May 24, Victor Osimhen had confirmed the death of his father, that his demise has brought sorrow to him and his family.
Lille, his team then granted Osimhen compassionate leave for him to travel to Nigeria and see his family for them to arrange the burial of their father.
Osimhen along with Paul Onuachu and Imoh Ezekiel were flown to Nigeria by a private jet provided by Lille.
They were released this week, a confirmation that none of them has the lethal virus.
