Learn How Coconut Oil Fights Cancer, Heart Diseases, High Blood Pressure & Boost Brain Function

Coconut oil has plenty benefits though lots of people have not yet maximised the benefits in the oil. It is theorised that it prevents heart disease and high blood pressure and boosts the brain function.


BENEFITS OF COCONUT OIL

1. It helps to prevent heart disease and high blood pressure
Coconut oil is high in natural saturated fats. Saturated fats do not only increase the healthy cholesterol in the body but also help convert the LDL “bad” cholesterol into good cholesterols.

Consequently, it helps promote heart health and lower the risk of heart disease. In addition, coconut oil benefits the heart by lowering high triglycerides.

2. It helps in the boosting of brain function in Alzheimer patient
One of the most common causes of dementia is Alzheimer’s disease which affects the elderly folks.

Coconut oil contains lauric acid (monolaurin), which is known to reduce candida, fight bacteria and create a hostile environment for viruses.

5. It helps in the reduction of seizure with epileptic patient
