Husband of Africa’s richest woman, Isabel dos Santos’s Dive and Accidentally Died in Dubai

The husband of Africa’s richest woman, Isabel dos Santos’s Sindika Dokolo has died at the age of 48.

It was reported that the Congolese businessman and art collector died in a diving accident in Dubai on Thursday, October 29.

Before his death, him and his wife were under investigation over a $1.136 billion mismanagement of state funds. Their assets were frozen over this in December 2019.

He owned 3,000 pieces of contemporary African art.

47-year-old Isabel dos Santos shared a photo with Dokolo and their youngest son on Twitter without a caption and the world mourned with her.

Michée Mulumba of the Congolese president’s office confirmed the news of the death of the Congolese business man, Felix Tshisekedi.

The couple only moved to Dubai in early 2020, following the opening of several investigations for allegedly diverting properties from the Angolan government.

The couple married in 2002 have three children together.
