Chief Adedeji Aderemi stage-named Olofa Ina recently lambasted Nigerian celebrities and all who display everything about their lives on social media.

He also showed his disappointment that ascension to royal thrones in Yoruba land is now largely monetised and divinations are no longer used.

He advised the youth and married women to live a moderate and decent life style.

The veteran said: “Many people post their lavish lifestyles on social media with the aim to pretend to be who they are not, some do this to defraud while some post to deceive many people in other to buy positions”.

He said most people now plan their social events based on the caliber of guests they will invite with the aim of getting expensive gifts and cash in return but  they often get disappointed in the end, as they usually invite ‘fakers’.

In an interview with BBC News Yoruba, Olofa Ina said that actors are not fraudulent and they do things in moderation but the young actors do what they do now in other to become famous and as time passes by they will outgrow how they put their lives on social media.
