Nigerian actor, Samuel Ajibola has recently ended his 10-year chapter in the Africa Magic popular television series ‘The Johnsons’.
Ajibola whose character was ‘Spiff’, a comic character on the television series announced his exit on Instagram and revealed that for the past decade, he has sacrificed his time and dedicated his life and his talent as well to the character ’Spiff’
He believes that the character has fulfilled its purpose although it was a tough decision for him to make and that it is time for him to move on and face new challenges.
Ajibola further expressed his gratitude to the producers of ‘The Johnsons’ for allowing him to showcase one of his many talents and also to his fans but most especially to multi-choice.
He added that this does not mean he has quitted acting, it simply means he is making more time to fulfill other purposes.
Ajibola entered into the limelight for being the first Nigerian child actor to win the award for Best Kid Actor for three years consecutively. He also won the Africa Magic viewers Choice Award (AMVCA) for Best Actor in the M-net comedy series The Johnsons in 2017.
